First full roast with new coffee roaster.

Finally got the emulators running correctly. Finally got the adb (android debug bridge) running so I can run apps on my phone. Kitty fixed and running (for some reason the original sound file made the purring sound run for a minute or so) but that was a corrupt file. Now getting paintpot to work. (First half great, now doing the second part of the tutorial.)

App development still fun. But that is because the software is being installed and I’m doing tutorials.

Also—still prefer Python to Java but Java not as bad as C++. So there is that.

Installed Java 6 twice, uninstalled it three times (!), uninstalled a lot of other stuff, grabbed eclipse, total fail, more uninstalling, more re-installing, then finally eclipse and Java 6 SDK both working. (Still waiting to see if all my other Java programs still work.) Phone won’t bridge, but emulators work.

AppInventor installed and working with emulators, but also not working with a real phone. Got the kitty to purr and meow. :-)

I am not off to a good start with Tumblr—worst account set-up ever. Unclear. No instructions. Then it forces me to post before I can even look around my account. Very bad design from people who think they are good at design.
